How this site handles your data. In plain English.
This policy covers siongyoong.com. It explains what we collect, why, who else sees it, and how you can see, correct or stop it.
siongyoong.com is run by Verdict Private Limited, Singapore (“we”, “us”). We follow Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Questions go to our Data Protection Officer at [email protected].
- What you give us. When you use the speaking enquiry form or email us: your name, email, phone number, organisation, and the details of your event or request.
- What your browser sends. When you visit: the pages you view, the site that sent you, your device and browser type, and your rough location (city or country, from your IP address). This comes through the cookies and tags listed in section 3.
- Google Analytics (Google). Counts visits and shows which pages are read, so we can improve the site.
- Meta Pixel (Meta, for Facebook and Instagram). Measures visits that come from Meta, and lets us show our posts and ads to people who have visited this site.
Google and Meta receive the information in section 2 and handle it under their own privacy policies. Links on this site to our LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok profiles take you to those platforms, whose own policies then apply.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works.
- Google Analytics: install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Ads: change your ad settings on Facebook and Instagram.
- To reply to you, and to arrange a speaking engagement you asked about.
- To understand how the site is used, and make it better.
- To measure our posts and ads, and show them to people who have visited.

We do not sell your personal data.
- The companies that run the site for us: HighLevel (hosting and forms), Google and Meta (section 3).
- Vallaris Deal Advisory Pte Ltd, only when your request is for VALLARIS™ advisory services and you know we are passing it on.
- Our professional advisers, and authorities when the law requires it.
Some of these companies store data outside Singapore. When that happens, we make sure your data is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA, as the law requires.
Only as long as we need it for the reason you gave it, or as long as the law requires. Then we delete it or make it anonymous.
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our using it. Email [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.
If we change this policy, we update it here and change the date at the top.
