These terms cover your use of siongyoong.com. By using the site, you accept them.

Last updated 15 October 2026 · They replace every earlier version
1 · Who we are

siongyoong.com is run by Verdict Private Limited, Singapore (“we”, “us”). Questions about these terms go to [email protected].

2 · What this site is

This site tells you about Siong Yoong’s work, his speaking and his newsletter. It is general information only. It is not financial, investment, valuation, legal or tax advice, and reading it does not make you our client.

Advisory work is done only under a separate written agreement, with Verdict Private Limited or Vallaris Deal Advisory Pte Ltd, as the agreement states.

3 · Speaking enquiries

Sending the enquiry form does not book a date. A booking is confirmed only when we agree it in writing.

4 · Content and trademarks

The words, photographs and design on this site belong to Verdict Private Limited or to the people who licensed them to us. SIONGYOONG™ is a trademark of Siong Yoong. Verdict™ is a trademark of Verdict Private Limited, and VALLARIS™ is a trademark of Vallaris Private Limited.

You may link to any page, and quote short passages with credit and a link. Please ask us before copying anything else.

5 · People in the photographs

Photographs show people Siong Yoong has met at events, named with the place and date. Being in a photograph does not mean that person endorses him, his companies or their services.

6 · Links to other sites

Links to other sites, such as LinkedIn, are there for your convenience. We do not control those sites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

7 · Our responsibility

We work to keep this site accurate, but we cannot promise it is complete, current or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from relying on it. Our disclaimer says more.

8 · Your data

Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

9 · Law

Singapore law governs these terms, and the courts of Singapore decide any dispute.

10 · Changes

If we change these terms, we update them here and change the date at the top.
